Rocco DiStefano, Class of 2012, was a three-sport athlete participating in football, indoor track & field, and outdoor track & field.

Rocco is one of the finest running backs to wear the Green and White. He is the holder of many all-time school records on the gridiron. Rocco holds the career yards record of 4,027 rushing yards, most touchdowns in a game with 7, most touchdowns in a quarter with 4, longest touchdown from scrimmage at 99 yards, most rushing yards in a game with 368, and most rushing yards in a season with 2,108 yards. Rocco said "I am playing for Bartlett Pride. No matter what the result is out there, I am going to play my heart out, turn the switch on, and become the meanest guy out there." Rocco was selected as MVP his sophomore and junior years and won the Coaches Award his senior year.

In outdoor track & field, Rocco excelled in the field events as well as in the running events. His junior year, Rocco was undefeated in the javelin. He had a tremendous senior year. Rocco was undefeated in the 400 meters and set a school record of 52.07 seconds. His speed also helped him in the 100 meters, where he also was undefeated and tied the school record of 11.2 seconds. In the 200 meters, Rocco tied the school record with a time of 23.2 seconds. He also had the second farthest throw in school history in the javelin with a throw of 165'4". Rocco was selected as MVP his sophomore through senior years. He was also chosen as a SWCL All-Star all three years.

Rocco was also a force on the indoor track team. He set and still holds the school record in the 50 meter at 5.7 seconds, 55 meter at 6.7 seconds, and 300 meter at 38.32 seconds. He was also part of the record setting 4x200 meter and sprint medley teams. He was selected as MVP his freshman through senior years.

Rocco was Class President and was Vice President of the Student Council. He was also a member of the Super Team and won the Leadership Award.

After Bartlett, Rocco went on to Springfield College where he was awarded a double major in Sports Biology and Nutrition. He was also Class President.

Rocco is the CEO and owner of the Body Chemist in West Hollywood, CA. He is also the assistant nutrition and conditioning coach at UCLA and is also a personal trainer at Equinox West Hollywood.
